To summarize this Blog titled, "Attacked then Arrested", is that athletic motivated incidents due from my participation snowballed from New England Prep and Public High school athletics into my Ithaca College career path where I was a student/athlete, then followed me into my Employment and Community causing harm and damage such as being attacked then arrested for the big record, motivated out of spite and resentment seeking revenge by those who were disgruntle because I set a BIG RECORD for scoring most points, some hard tackles/hits and other categories of participation. They seem to use psychiatrics to evade there wrongs. Below I post medical records of injuries and other documents that supports my side of the story.
   As I had said at my Blog's some Authority on behalf of the United States changed much of the 1978 small College football schedules in the United States then published those changes that did not happen at each College and University. I post photographs of the Ithaca College vs. CW Post College football game that was actually played in support and they also changed the order in which we played other teams, example is Ithaca College played Albany State University either the first or second game of the 1978 season and was televised by ABC Sports from Albany, N.Y., they recorded it was the 9th or 10th game of the season. They also changed scores of games I post a letter from the NCAA about the score change of the 1979 NCAA Championship football game, Ithaca vs. Wittenberg State University. Of course I believe motivated in part because I set scoring records for most points on Defense as a Freshman during 1978, all my personal performance statistics were severely suppressed giving me all zero's in the points scored categories. What I discovered when such action takes place as to changing of records from what truly did happen then stories evolve, the stories caused incidents and conflicts at Schools, Employment and in Community. In fact, when I was in Effective Discovery, yes, case and action in the Courts I discovered that Ithaca College football family had only recorded one piece of statistical data for me correctly and that was my height that is 6ft, every other piece of statistical data was severely suppressed and or incorrect, a player is judged in large part by there personal performance, measured in large part by statistical data. Yes, they also had convinced thousands of Ithaca fans, spectators and Ithaca footballers who went to the football games that I did not score a touchdown or a single point. Yes, I scored during 1978 against St. Lawrence University, Alfred University, Springfield College, CW Post College and Towson State University, during 1979 I scored against St. Lawrence University, Bloomsburg State University, Cortland State College, American International College, Alfred University and Canisus College and during 1980 I scored against Bloomsburg State University and Albany State University, yes, if they can convince thousands of fans who witnessed me scoring a touchdown to say I did not score a touchdown they could convince people to say they witnessed this, that or the other thing. Same thought about changing of records as they did with football schedules and as a result untrue stories evolve, if they could create such records and then publish those untrue records at each College and University, they generate records or documents about any event or incident, yes, they could make up any story about a person and support it with fabricated subject matter. With respect to my athletic participation I was involved with organized sports for 16 years of my life, it was part of how I built my career path and developed interests and earned resources, they caused irreparable damage and harm to my career path since a youth, they are liable and I know that there is a Legislative process that makes Laws and Regulations that govern that game of football, most definitely official College varsity football, yes, there are laws linked to the rules of football, they failed to follow.

     As I had said the matters are in large part athletic motivated, a rage and rampage by some unknown Authority and opposing footballers that re-began when I was a student/athlete in Public High School in Massachusetts and in  the  New England Prep School League at Tabor Academy, Marion, MA then the athletic motivated incidents snowballed into my College football career path when I was a student/athlete at Ithaca College causing harm, incidents, conflicts and damage, then the athletic motivated incidents snowballed into my employment. So, what I am saying is that I was going along my merry way, minding my own business as a student athletic when some type of Authority intervened and intruded into my participation as a student/athlete. At my Blogs titled, "Phillip Bianco Football" & "Phillip Bianco Google", I post photographs, newspaper articles and other documents that supports that changes were made to athletic records from what truly happened. Yes, an action took place by some unknown Authority that changed athletic records from what truly took place with events that surrounds my participation as a student/athlete. What I had discovered is that some Authority who is unknown by me took an action on behalf of the United States that changed the 1978 small College football schedules in much of the United States. Yes, my participation was targeted, so, I use football as an example that an action took place as found in the changing of athletic records and similar examples took place in other areas of life such as Employment. It had to be an Authority of some type because only an Authority has the capability to take such actions.  The athletic motivated incidents snowballed from my Prep School and Public High School into my College career path then into my Employment and in Community.
      If an Authority has the ability to change much of the 1978 small College football schedules in much of the United States, then publish those changed schedules at each School and College then I believe they have the capability to have a person attacked then arrested. Specific example of athletic motivated incidents during 1978 I set a defensive scoring record for scoring most points on defense, I scored 30 points, the teams I scored against during 1978 was St. Lawrence University, Springfield College, Towson State University, CW Post College and Alfred University, evidence they targeted my participation was there actions was not to record any points for my participation. Again, at my Blog titled, "Phillip Bianco Football", I give a number of examples of athletic motivated incidents.  I use athletics "football" because if athletic records are reviewed such as statistical data about my personal performance statistics, then there actions becomes visible. What I discovered when an action takes place as found in the contents of changed records, is that after records are changed, then stories evolve, the stories caused incidents and conflicts at Schools, Employment and in Community. There stories creates a division amongst people, those for there actions and those against there actions. What I have learned through my personal experiences is that one of America's Biggest Business is writing and telling stories, yes, from Programming "Software", to Fiction to The Arts, Americans enjoy story telling, so, I tell mine story. So, how does a person explain such actions that were taken, yes, a person might sound crazy trying to explain such matters but I not only try to explain the actions, I also did challenge at Athletic Organizations, Schools I attended and in Community.
        If an Authority can change records from truly happened and then create records as to what they want to say happened, an Authority could make up stories that a person did this, that and the other thing. Making up stories and statistical data can be found in events that surround my participation as a student/athlete. Again, very few truths are told in the media that was recorded about my participation including newspaper articles, I post at my Blog titled "Phillip Bianco Football" & "Phillip Bianco Google". The truth is, I am the highest scoring Defensive player in small College football history with 96 points I scored. The example I use is the 1980 Ithaca College vs Albany State University football game where I score 20 points on Defense and 6 points via kick return, I use this example because it hard to conceal those points I scored. What I am saying is that because I set a big football record for scoring most points on defense, opposing footballers out of spite and resentment had me attacked then arrested for the big record. They gave me zero's in scoring points categories. The photos posted below are of the 1978 Ithaca College vs. CW Post College football game, after the football schedules were changed they recorded Ithaca did not play CW Post College but we truly did. Phillip Bianco is Ithaca team number 43. It's like a domino effect by changing the Ithaca schedules, then changes the CW Post schedules, then changes the Clarion State University schedule change because that's the team they said Ithaca College played but they played CW Post College, yes, each corresponding College schedules all change and so on and so on, until much of the 1978 small College football schedules in the United States all are changed , it's a domino effect. They also changed the order in which we played the 1978 football schedules because Ithaca College actually played Albany State University either the first or second game of the season, the game was televised by ABC Sports. I was a Freshman during 1978 and I did not play much that game but I did block one punt and partially blocked a second punt. The changed schedules were published at each School and College.
     What I discovered through an Effective Discovery process and procedure in Civil Court actions was after records are changed, in this case football records, then stories evolve, the stories caused conflicts and incidents at Schools, College, Employment and in Community. Using an example of the game score change of the 1979 NCAA National Championship football game between Ithaca College vs. Wittenburg State University, the stories that evolved were directed towards me. The stories that evolved after the game score was changed was that I did not make the Big Play by recovering the fumble to help stop Wittenburg from scoring the go ahead touchdown but that Wittenburg had scored touchdowns against me and it was the Ithaca Offensive team that contributed greatly to the game win, very untrue. I post an article below written by the Syracuse Post Gazette titled, "Bianco Made Big Play". I also sent and left copies of the 1979 NCAA Championship game film short between Ithaca College vs Wittenberg State University at Sacramento Bee News, ACT Theater, Seattle, WA, ABC Sports, N.Y.C., St Mathews School and Church, Kalispell, MT.,, Italian Embassy, N.Y.C., and United States Copyright Office. The game film short proved to be important because it show the score board with the ABC Sports banner with the correct score of the game, the game score had been changed. It also proves I made a Big Play to recover the fumble in the Wittenberg State University offensive backfield, that I did not get lucky and simply fall on the ball as that was the story they told for decades. Get a copy of the game film short and judge for yourselves, don't let them be the judge.

                           


Not only did they change football schedules they changed scores of football games, below I post a letter from the NCAA there response to my letter informing them about the game score change of the 1979 NCAA National Championship game Ithaca College vs. Wittenburg State University.

     As I had said I believe what motivated some type of Authority to change schedules, scores of football games and suppress my personal performance statistics was not only did I consistently make big plays but I set defensive scoring records.    Of course I have been subject to a very one sided story, not good obviously based upon my condition. There was and still is an Authority that profiled and in there profiling created an untrue personal identification such as family background, so, I give my immediate family roots in support of who I am and where I came from. Hey, my Fathers father was a City of Hartford, CT Policeman for approximately 40 years. My mothers father was a Dentist who graduated from Tufts University, practiced in Brockton, MA. My father was a musician who studied at the Julliard School of Music, he was first taught by my Great Grandfather Phillip Joseph Capobianco, my father changed his name to Bianco becauseit was thought it sounded better stage name for Music Industry. My mother a dancer who was a New York City Rockette at Radio City Music Hall and thats where my mother and father met, they married. My mothers people during my young youth took me on Television Commercial Callings to such Companies as Chef Boy AR Dee and Ronzoni, then all heck broke loose and never stopped. During my youth I did travel to Europe and Abroad to study and create in the Arts. So, yes I have been subject to a very harsh one sided story.

   Below are two game clips of the 1979 National Championship game, Ithaca College vs Wittenburg State University, I recover a fumble near the goal area to help stop Wittenburg from scoring the go ahead touchdown, I did not play much that game because I was recovering from a knee injury sustained in the 1979 Ithaca vs Canisus College football game the 8th game of the season, I did score 8 points that game against Canisus College, I did not return to the Ithaca College football team until the Championship football game.

     Please take Notice, recently on 7/22/17 I discovered that the game clip video was blanked out/removed, probably for all the wrong reasons based upon past incidents. I think I still have the game clip video at my Facebook "Phillip Joseph Bianco".

     As I said at my Blog titled, "Phillip Bianco Football", is if an Authority has the ability to change much of the 1978 small College football schedules in much of the United States and then publish those changed schedules that were not actually played, yes, publish those changes football schedules at each School and College, then I believe they have the capability to have a person attacked and arrested, as I said because I set numerous personal performance records such as for scoring most points on Defense in small College football with 96 points I scored and some define my football participastion as a  Big Record", out of spite and resentment, a disgruntled grudge, they had me attacked and arrested for the Big Record. They had profiled me as a crazy thuggish type of football player at both Tabor Academy and Ithaca College due to some hard tackles and hits I made, there are those who sensationalized some hard tackles & hits with violence as the Bad Guy but the truth is I was a skilled player who set a number of scoring records, the game of football is about scoring points, the object of the game of football is to score. I respond to matters that are athletic motivated at my Blog titled, "Phillip Bianco Football" and "Phillip Bianco Effective Discovery".

    As I had said the matters I describe at this Blog matters were in large part were athletic motivated. I post often my response to the athletic motivated incidents at my Blog titled, "Phillip Bianco Football" and "Phillip Bianco Effective Discovery". What I would like to say out of spite and resentment of breaking many of the football records in New England and small College football I was attacked by an Authority for the Big Bad Guy record, yes out of spite that I set overwhelming scoring records most notably for Defensive scoring at Ithaca College. I scored the most points on defense for small College football in the United States. I use the wordage overwhelming because the NCAA defensive scoring record was 18 points scored but I scored 96 points on defense in 22 College Varsity football games.  I help lead the Ithaca College Football team to first National Football Championship during 1979.

   I post at this Blog some medical records of injuries I sustained during attacks then the attackers had me arrested such as stab wound and head laceration, then other subject matter about the incidents.

   In large part the attacks then being wrongfully arrested was motivated in large part because of my athletic participation "Football" but not just football. What the enemy is saying is the only big record I have is a big psycho street crime guy record.  It's not only out of poor sportsmanship but spite and resentment that they failed to make their tackles allowing me to score a record number of touchdowns. The matters that took place were people who used Political influence to caused such a problem, I do post some of my side of a very one sided story at my Blog titled, "Phillip Bianco Resume" & "Phillip Bianco Football". I do have part of my scavenged through scrap book a few left sports articles and other football subject matter.

   Because in large part he matters that took place are also Athletic motivated I posted my responses in my defense at my Blog titled , "Phillip Bianco Football" at this location. I tell where film, film short and sports articles can be located. At the bottom of the Blog I also post some Sports articles, Sports Photographs and other authentic/original Sports documentation to support my side of the story. Yes, I have been subject to a very one sided story. To COMBAT such a one sided story some of my side of the story I believe should be PUBLISHED such as true game schedules, rosters, personal performance statistics and scores of games.

  The procedure to resolve such matters as I state at my blogs and are stemming much from my youth when I was an artist and then my participation in athletics is to Publish some of my side of the story.

Funny thing is my Grandfather was a City of Hartford, Connecticut Policeman for approximately 40 years his name was Joseph Phillip Capobianco, my father changed our name because he thought it would sound better for the Music Industry he was a musician.

 Yes, I did send ABC a copy of the 1979 N.C.A.A. Football Game Film Short of me recovering the fumble to help win the National Championship. ABC Sports televised the Ithaca vs Wittenburgh football game Regionally. At one point in time ABC did have some of Phillip Bianco boxing that they televised during my youth both the AAU Championship, Golden Gloves and when I fought with Team Switzerland. I do post below at this blog some subject matter evidence of medical records from being attacked then illegally and wrongfully arrested. Of courser during my life time this has been a common practice this attacking them arrest or persecution that goes all the back to my childhood in Bellmore, New York.

   I was told the other day by a person in the Community that the whole matter began when I signed a UCC Form for my employers Dan Schivoni of Duplicating Methods Company, Winsor, CT. A UCC Form means Uniform Commercial Code, I signed the form because the employers said he needed something in writing in case he got damaged while I was at his employ. I am sure that someone used that document in another fraudulent and dishonest scheme. I need to check where in the State of Connecticut that UCC was filed and get that reviewed. Always a problem as you can judge for yourselves,thank you, Phillip Bianco

   Today I posted the remaining Medical Records to the Stab Wound I received then I was illegally arrested. Of course the New York City Police Department is very bias and prejudice by displaying such behavior. I am sure this has to do with their relationship with 26 Federal Plaza,NYC and what took place in Nassau County during my childhood. The Case matter was heard in the Manhattan Criminal Court after I was treated for the stab wound I was brought to the Manhattan Criminal Court House and I said to the Court and Judge that I was stabbed in a fight then showed him blood on my shirt. Those records were never recorded on any of the Court Transcripts in fact I never said any of the things the transcripts said I said. Basically the Court would not allow the stab wound be submitted as evidence that I was attacked. Then they tried to charge me for dangerous assault and robbery which was completely delusional and fabricated. So, the District Attorney called me  I told him that I would not plead guilty of any of the crimes. They said they needed to get the matter off the books,so, I agreed to sign a document that said I was convicted of Petite Larceny but I did not plead guilty, the document came to my residence stating that they had convicted me of Petite Larceny and they still refused to acknowledge the stab wound incident and as evidence.
    I also posted two additional letters both Appeal Letters regarding my complaints to Internal Affairs in both Pittsburgh and Chicago. In both incidents I never received any of my personal property back and both Cities have stolen, forged and un-registered Art Works of mine still in their Communities even after 40 years. I ask whats that all about? I mean over 40 years ago I created some of the Art Works that are still in their Cities,thank you, Phillip Bianco.
  

The Medical records of the injuries are as follows, the stab wound was issued by Beekman Downtown Hospital, then the head laceration was issued by St. Lukes Rosevelt Hospital.
